As you can see news travels slowly overseas to us hard-working productive State Department employees....just keeping Americans citizens safe around the world. We finally came up for air and now reading what's going on, on the hill. Thanks Mr. Moran. We are now just responding, one month later...after too many days of straight work and no time off (not to mention sick leave!) It would be nice to get what is due, and be paid for our work, and not lose compensation! Thanks for thinking of us! Truly! This is a much needed bill, and will provide an incentive that will increase personnel productivity and help retain the best out there...to various jobs within the federal civil service. We can attest to it... after working with and knowing dozens of hard-working Feds. Use or lose it? So can you imagine all those folks near retirement...what do you think they will do? Finally !
