Q. I took the Jan. 31 early-out from the Postal Service with 29 years and three months of service. I was 59 on my day of retirement. On Feb. 2, I turned 60 years old. Do I qualify for the special retirement supplement?

A. Yes, because you took early voluntary retirement, you qualify for the special retirement supplement.
